illinois transmission scope
CLAUDE.md's "PII/transmission-control decision" locks this in: Crosswalk maps every MMUCC6 field
faithfully, PII included, and holds the complete record in-house. This page is the downstream,
export-time opt-out - per-field control over what actually leaves via the outbound push to NHTSA,
never a mapping-time omission. Toggling a field here doesn't touch the mapped data itself, only
what MmuccXmlExporter emits when a TransmissionScope built from these
choices is passed in. Choices save to a real file
(transmission-scope/illinois.json) and reload here on your next visit.
